Turnaround Policy

 

HANDMADE ITEMS

Handmade items (collar jewellery) can have a processing time of 1-2 weeks before dispatch.

Please see our 'turnaround times' page for accurate and updated processing times.

If your dispatch date falls on a bank holiday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

If you require your item for a specific date, you must email direct to hello@tailsandbloom.co.uk with your order number & the date you need your order by on the day your order is placed.  

 

Shipping Policy

 

Tails & Bloom use Royal Mail to send all orders. Parcels are sent via a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service, whereas smaller items such as collar jewellery are sent via First Class Large Letter with no tracking. 

 

DELAYS & TRANSIT

Tails & Bloom would like to state they are not responsible for postal delays or loss of items during transit. We will of course happily assist in enquiring on your behalf if an order takes longer than expected. 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Postal deliveries during Christmas can be delayed due to sheer volume, staff shortages or backlog. Tails & Bloom would like to reassure you that our priority is for you to receive your order promptly, however, peak season can present some unforeseen delays. 

LOST POST POLICY

Currently, the guideline for lost vs delayed post is 12 days. Meaning, if your items haven't arrived ~ 12 days from the dispatch date, we would then process a lost order claim on your behalf. Please contact us and we will be able to assist further. NOTE: Orders will not be eligible for refund until the 12 days has passed and this is dealt with on a case by case basis.

SAFE PLACES/NEIGHBOUR

Please note: We do not accept liability for items left in a safe place or at a neighbours address. Orders are left in 'safe places' or alternative addresses at your own risk. 

ADDRESS DETAILS

Tails & Bloom accept no liability for orders that have an incorrect shipping address. Please always double check your address details are correct before placing your order.

If your address on an order needs changing for any reason, please email us at hello@tailsandbloom.co.uk ASAP with your new address. Please note: you must update us with your new address before your order dispatches.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, Tails & Bloom encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Please note, that countries within the European Union now require you to pay a destination tax i.e. your countries tax rate (20%, 15%) of your purchase. 

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to our return address however sadly as items are personalised they will not be eligible for refund and as shipping will need to be covered twice, this will also not be eligible for refund.
