Shipping Method: We use Royal Mail for all orders.
- Tracked Items: Sent via Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
- Small Items: Sent via First Class Large Letter unless you select the Tracked Service at checkout.
Delays & Lost Post
- Delays: We are not responsible for postal delays or lost items during transit, but we will assist with enquiries if your order is delayed.
- Lost Orders: If your order hasn't arrived 10 days after dispatch (excluding bank holidays), contact us to start a lost order claim. Refunds will be processed after 10 days and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Safe Places & Neighbours
- We do not accept responsibility for items left in a safe place or with neighbours. These arrangements are at your own risk.

- Collars, Leads, Poop Bag Dispensers: £4.20 (Royal Mail Tracked 48), £6.00 (Royal Mail Tracked for heavy items)
- Orders over £40: Free
Europe (excluding Germany & Republic of Ireland):
- Collar Jewellery & Small Items: £10.00 (International Tracked/ Signed For)
- Collars, Leads, Poop Bag Dispensers: £11.95 (International Tracked/ Signed For)
- Orders over £80: Free
USA, Canada, UAE & Australia:
- Collar Jewellery & Small Items: £10.00 (International Tracked/ Signed For)
- Collars, Leads, Poop Bag Dispensers: £16.95 (International Tracked/ Signed For)
- Orders over £100: Free
Import Duties & Taxes
- Import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments. Be aware of potential costs before placing an order. For EU countries, a destination tax (e.g., 20%, 15%) applies.
If duties and taxes are not paid upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us. Personalised items are not eligible for refunds. If you want us to repost the goods, you’ll need to cover the second shipping cost and taxes.
