HANDMADE ITEMS

Our beautiful pet tags are lovingly handmade to order. We work super hard to keep processing times at a minimum.

The current turnaround time for handmade items is: 14-17 days. Correct as of 11/03/24

During peak periods, we may be one or two days over turnaround. Please do bare with us while we endeavour to make items as quickly as we can. We are a one woman operated small business and operate as quickly as we can without compromising on quality.

We aim to dispatch these orders within 2-5 days.

Please note: Orders containing both tags and walk-wear will be shipped together once the tags are ready to go. You will get an email when your order dispatches.
